Explicit Consent Statement

The processing activities below are carried out only if you have given your explicit consent pursuant to Article 5(1) of the KVKK. Explicit consent is consent relating to a specific matter, based on information and given of your own free will. Not giving consent does not prevent you from using our core services, and you may withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

Commercial electronic messages

If you tick the relevant box on our forms, your contact details are processed for the purpose of sending emails and SMS messages about our products, events, campaigns and news, within the framework of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the related regulation. You may exercise your right to opt out at any time, free of charge, via the “unsubscribe” link in our messages, the Message Management System (İYS) or by writing to info@argeset.com.

Talent pool

If you give your consent during your job application, your application is retained in our talent pool for 1 year to be considered for suitable positions even after the current recruitment process has been completed. At the end of this period, your data is automatically deleted.

Analytics and marketing cookies

If you give your consent through the cookie preferences panel, analytics and marketing cookies are used; in this context, your data may be transferred, in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK, to service providers whose servers are located abroad. To withdraw your explicit consent, you can use the Data Subject Request Form or write to info@argeset.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.
