Data subject request form
Submit your request online to exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.
In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request using the form below. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible according to its nature and within 30 days at the latest.
Where we need to verify your identity, we may ask you for additional information or documents. You may also send your request by a petition bearing your wet signature to Fetih Mah. Tahralı Sk. Kavakyeli İş Merkezi B Blok Kat:3 Daire:7, Ataşehir / İstanbul.
