What is SetXRM?
SetXRM is a cloud-based low-code development platform developed by Argeset since 2014. With unlimited modules, 32 different field types and drag-and-drop interface design, it lets you rapidly deliver CRM, sales, service, procurement, production and workflow applications.
Which ERP and accounting systems does it integrate with?
It offers read-write integration with LOGO and read integration with LİKOM, MİKRO, ETA and NETSİS. In total, ready-made integrations are available for 12 ERP systems widely used in Türkiye and worldwide, and data can be exchanged with other applications via the REST API.
Can it be used on mobile devices?
Yes. Its responsive interface works on every type of device, and with its iOS and Android mobile app infrastructure, field sales and service teams can enter orders, collections, appointments and service records in real time.
Which databases does it support?
SetXRM supports MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases. Write and read databases are separate, and thanks to its advanced database design, report data can be retrieved in no more than 3 seconds from a database with 100 million records.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on your scope; however, thanks to SetXRM’s ready-made modules and low-code architecture, projects go live 3–4 times faster than with traditional methods, after a short training and project phase.
Are Active Directory and single sign-on (SSO) supported?
Yes. Full integration (SSO) with Active Directory and other user management systems is provided, and calendar and email integration with Google and Outlook is also available.
