Overview
MRP II is a system in which a company’s planning activities are brought together as modules, with full communication between them. It gathers the data needed for financial planning, such as stock level forecasts and labour and material costs, and passes it to the relevant departments.
With SetXRM Production Management you can use company resources exactly as planned to produce to order or to stock, and generate material requirement lists per work order or sales order based on recipes, workstations, work processes and bills of materials.

Flexibility in make-to-order production
SetXRM’s different approach lets you easily create an unlimited number of bills of materials for each product. Make-to-order manufacturers can define different bills of materials and additional specifications for each order without changing the standard bill of materials. This removes the need to keep a separate bill of materials and stock code for every product version and makes it easier to track main and intermediate ingredients.
